Noël Zemborain, President, JA Americas

Noël Zemborain begins her role as President of JA Americas on July 1. Noël began her career as a JA Argentina young entrepreneur and credits JA with her resilience and entrepreneurial mindset. Later, she took the helm of JA Argentina as Executive Director, where she made significant progress in each of JA´s critical success areas, including number of educational experiences, digital transformation, and impact measurement. Noël was promoted to JA Americas’ Director of Operations in 2022.

Noël is a 2019 Eisenhower Fellow and served in the Argentina Ministry of Education as a Program Manager, the University of San Andrés as Communications and Programs Manager, and Oxfam International as Communications and Marketing Manager.

A strong advocate for innovation in education—and passionate about learning herself—Noël studied social communications as an undergrad, earned her master's degree in marketing from ESADE (Barcelona, Spain), and completed a master’s in NGO management from the University of San Andrés.

In 2015, together with her husband and four children, she spent a year travelling from Buenos Aires to Boston.
