From "I don't know" to "This is where I'm going"

October 7, 2025

What are you here to do on this planet? We’re told to find our purpose, choose the right path, and somehow know where we’re going. But what if purpose isn’t something waiting to be discovered? What if it’s something you build?

On October 22, join Florian Kemmerich, Founder & CEO of Vocating.ai and author of On Vocation, for an exclusive World Youth for Action masterclass on building your direction, understanding where you create value, and turning what makes you you into action.

Florian has spent years exploring the intersection of purpose, profession, and impact. Today, Vocating is building what it calls a Human Agency Operating System: using AI not to tell people who they should become, but to help them translate identity and intention into real-world experiments, signals, and opportunities.

• Get clearer on what makes you uniquely valuable

• Turn uncertainty into action

• Explore purpose and career in the age of AI
