GLC Virtual 2025
Around the world, JA is committed to offering growth and educational opportunities for staff. That’s why, every two years, JA Worldwide hosts our Global Leadership Conference (GLC) for all JA staff, no matter where they are in the world.
Originally an in-person conference for JA leadership, GLC went virtual in 2021 and opened up to staff at every level of the organization. Although the in-person edition of GLC returned in 2023, we remained committed to staff development at every level and decided to continue hosting the virtual edition. That new tradition will continue in 2025 . . . with a few new features.
JA staff members know GLC Virtual is a one-stop-shop to connect with like-minded colleagues and engage in opportunities for growth and connection. In addition to the functional training sessions JA staff have come to know and love from GLC Virtual, the 2025 event included three special sessions for JA volunteers, teachers, and board members.
