Held alongside World Youth for Action, JA Worldwide’s flagship multi-year youth advocacy initiative, this board meeting offers a unique opportunity to meet young people and collaborate across borders, cultures, and lived experiences.

Travel by luxury bus, with an estimated journey time of 5–6 hours. Arrival time may vary depending on traffic.

For guests wishing to return to New Delhi by bus, it will return to the city on Monday morning. The departure time is still being coordinated and will be shared once confirmed. Please allow sufficient travel time when arranging your onward flight.
This promises to be an impactful and immersive experience. Throughout the week, we will also have the privilege of welcoming government officials and other distinguished guests to several of our events. As a result, enhanced security measures will be in place to accommodate their participation.

Transportation
Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL). For your convenience and safety, we recommend using the hotel’s airport transfer service, licensed airport taxis, or reputable rideshare services such as Uber. Please avoid accepting rides from drivers who approach you inside the airport or outside terminals.
Transportation will be provided for all official JA Worldwide Board of Governors and World Youth for Action events throughout the program.

Dinners: Business casual or cocktail attire
Group tours: Casual with comfortable walking shoes
Optional Indian wedding experience: Festive elegance. Guests are invited to wear colorful cocktail attire or traditional Indian clothing (such as a sari, lehenga, kurta, or sherwani), if you wish. You will have an opportunity to go shopping in Jaipur.
