JA Worldwide Expands in Pakistan to Unlock the Boundless Potential of Youth
April 24, 2025
JA has officially launched its operations in Pakistan with an ambitious goal: to reach one million Pakistani youth annually by 2030 through hands-on learning in entrepreneurship, work and tech readiness, and financial literacy.
This milestone marks a significant expansion for JA Pakistan, which will also operate as the Resilient Next Generation Foundation. The organization also launched a new website, japakistan.org, signaling a bold vision for national visibility and long-term impact.
“I am passionate about what this partnership can bring to this country,” said Dr Haroon Latif, CEO, Life Pakistan, and Chairman of JA Pakistan. “JA believes deeply in the boundless potential of young people, and with the right tools and opportunities, today’s youth will shape a thriving and prosperous Pakistan.”

The launch included several important events. At the University of Lahore on April 24, over 200 students between the ages of 12 and 17 from 19 local schools participated in a JA Innovation Camp. Their challenge was to devise business ideas that addressed pollution, gender equality, or youth unemployment. Twenty mentors from the University of Lahore coached the students throughout the event, and the teams presented their business innovations to nine judges. JA Pakistan will be partnering with the University of Lahore’s new Innovation Hub to promote youth entrepreneurship and innovation in the community.
“This collaboration with JA Worldwide and JA Pakistan is a beacon of hope,” said Awais Raoof, Chair of University of Lahore. “I envision a future where every child in Pakistan has the opportunity, encouragement, and tools to create meaningful solutions for our country and beyond. At the University of Lahore Innovation Hub, we firmly believe that entrepreneurship is not just a career path but a powerful means of solving Pakistan’s pressing challenges.”
At Rashid Latif Khan University (RLKU) on April 25, JA Pakistan signed a Memorandum of Understanding that aims to equip RLKU students with future-ready skills to enhance their technical and professional credentials. “RLKU is convinced that when young people graduate, they need to be highly adaptable and resilient,” remarked Sabahat Khan, CEO of RLKU. “This partnership with JA Pakistan will give them future-ready learning experiences and the mindset and skills to thrive wherever they go from here.”
On April 26, JA Pakistan organized a master training session for 20 teachers actively involved in entrepreneurship education. These trainers will be able to teach other educators how to bring entrepreneurship competencies into the classroom through immersive experiences such as the JA Company Program.
As a member of the OneJA network, JA Pakistan gains access to more than 100 years of global experience across 100+ countries. Proven models from peer countries include:
