Global Goals Week 2020

September 18–26, 2020

It’s Global Goals Week 2020 and, like many events in 2020, the United Nations is taking it virtual. This year marks the 75th session of the United Nations General Assembly and the five-year anniversary of the Global Goals for Sustainable Development, agreed upon by 193 nations.

JA Worldwide aligns our programs and partnerships to eight of the 17 Globals Goals—goals 1, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 13, and 17. For Global Goals Week 2020, our six Gather Reporters and JA Worldwide’s Senior Manager, Alumni & Marketing Campaigns Sarah Rapp will cover each of the aligned Goals on social media, and we’ll update this story with each post.
