When Bruce Poon Tip was just 14, he joined the JA Company Program and started a bookmark company. "I sold bookmarks in drugstores, and I negotiated contracts with drugstore chains!" A few years later, at age 23, he founded G Adventures in Vancouver, an adventure-travel company that pioneered the space between cruises/coach tours and backpacking.
