  • The draft Amended and Restated Regional Operating Agreement – JA Africa is 11 pages long, with the main content on pages 2–7.

  • Use the form below to provide feedback, comments, or ask questions. To ensure we capture all commentary, please do not share feedback via email.

After feedback has been gathered, the final draft agreement will be shared with the Member Board Chair Council and presented to the JA Africa Board on March 27. The agreement will then be circulated for signature. Each Member Board Chair and Executive Director will be a signatory to the agreement.
