With 20+ years of experience in international account management, consulting, strategy, and digital transformation, this professional has worked closely with C-suite executives while managing a portfolio of global strategic “Platinum” accounts across sectors, including financial services and high tech, with full P&L responsibility. They have consistently operated at the highest performance benchmarks within their organization, with a strong focus on advancing sustainability agendas for key clients. Their experience includes closing multi-tower, multi-year, and multi-million-dollar deals through innovative go-to-market strategies. They are also a committed diversity champion, with deep expertise in cards and payments, as well as exposure to corporate and investment banking and climate change.

They hold an MBA in Finance from the top-tier Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi. Over the course of their career, they have worked with leading clients, including Barclays, BNP Paribas, Standard Chartered, American Express, HDFC Bank, Tata Group, Essar Group, and Indiabulls, among others, in account management and consulting roles.

Currently, they are responsible for global account management of a major financial services and payments client, overseeing commercial P&L and maintaining relationships with board-level executives, including the CEO, CTO, and CIO, for Capgemini Group-wide offerings. Based in the UK, they manage a global relationship spanning the UK, USA, Germany, and India.

Previously, they were responsible for executing the CEO’s agenda for Capgemini India, including strategy and operations for a 90,000-employee organization. In this role, they led the strategy and execution of multi-million-dollar initiatives aimed at improving top-line growth, working closely with global internal and external C-suite stakeholders. They also served as Executive Assistant to the India CEO and as India Account Manager for a €100M+ top-five global account, with business development responsibility.

In addition, they have authored widely recognized points of view and published articles, and regularly conduct guest lectures on topics such as digital transformation at leading institutions, including IIT Bombay and FMS Delhi.
