Jose Brousset, B&B Consulting
A global executive and founder of B&B Consulting, with over five decades of experience driving growth, business turnarounds, leadership development, and organizational transformation across North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He built his leadership foundation through nearly four decades with Caterpillar Inc., holding senior roles spanning service support, marketing, rental, product development, manufacturing, and regional and global P&L management. Throughout his career, he has led change and innovation, consistently challenging conventional approaches to deliver results—a mindset that ultimately led him to launch his own consulting practice in 2011.
He has partnered with organizations ranging from emerging companies and NGOs to large global enterprises, helping them sharpen strategy, build customer-centric cultures, and develop stronger leaders. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering & Business from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville and an Executive MBA from UNC Chapel Hill, and has completed executive development programs at Columbia, Northwestern, IMD, and UNC Chapel Hill.
His commitment to education and youth opportunity runs deep. He founded the Illari Education Fund, which helps open the path from talent to opportunity for youth in rural Peru through scholarships, learning resources, and digital classrooms. He is also a former Board Chair of Junior Achievement Americas and remains actively engaged as a guest speaker in MBA programs, sharing his passion for leadership, continuous growth, and the kind of change that actually sticks.
Originally from Lima, Peru, he is married with three children and five grandchildren—the ones who keep him most honest about what really matters, and the biggest reason he believes so deeply in creating opportunity for the next generation.
